You are invited to Radio-Electra - Fundraiser !!!

Our yearly Theme camp fund-raiser is coming back for 2005, mark you calendar!

Each year Electra FM hosts a theme camp fund-raiser for our radio station at Burning Man. The playa dust takes a heavy toll on equipment each you we operate our station at the event. In 2004 we burned two cassette decks, one VCR and three CD players by the end of the event. Not to mention other wear and tear on the RV we use as a studio and semi public space.

This years Date; April 2nd at Nimbus brewery in Tucson. Doors open at 8pm, performance starts at 9pm. Tentative scheduling includes a battle of the Gypsy Family's, Live on Stage!

We will also be showing at least one movie about Burning Man. Which one that will be is yet unknown. As soon as we get a release from the artist we will make the announcement. This year we will have the performance on a stage in the parking lot of Nimbus. We will also be looking for Artists to bring art for display and donated art for a silent auction. This year Electra Fm will be supplying a selection of recorded music between live performance sets. This is a selection of music you are likely to hear on our station at Burning Man.
